	Nov 1998-To Present Desktop Management, INTRIA-HP MDE Messaging Specialist Participated in the planning, configuration, implementation and maintenance of the overall MDE messaging infrastructure. Created, configured and maintained several MS Exchange EU Servers, Bridge Heads and Connectors at Streetsville and 901 King. Participated in the ongoing MDE testing. Trained on MDE Utility tools and processes. June 1998-Nov 1998 Head Office, Hardware Services-INTRIA Customer Service & Support Manager Responsible for the overall Head Office hardware services support and technical staff. Provided 2^nd level support for hardware and software. Hired and provided training sessions to technical staff in both customer service skills and products. Sep 1997–June 1998 (Tel-Banking) Desktop Management-INTRIA Southridge, SC Senior Technical Analyst Received The Achievers Award of the Year 1997 for consistently meeting and exceeding all departmental targets. Responsible for the overall maintenance and support (hardware and software) for Telephone Banking, PC-Banking and President Choice Financial Services, 7x24. Worked with three junior techs under my supervision. Installed and maintained one of the first MS Exchange Server in CIBC. Planned, created, configured and maintained Ccmail Post Offices. Planned, installed and maintained a Multiple Master Domains environment with Windows NT 4.0 Member of PCFS Task Force to supervise the planning, implementation and deployment of President Choice Financial Services. Administered a mix of OS environments which included: Novell, MS Windows NT, OS2 servers and Ccmail and Exchange e-mail systems.
	Feb 1993-Sep 1997 Desktop Management Division-CIBC Southridge, SC Senior Technical Analyst and Technical Coach Received The First Quarter Achievers Award for 1997, for consistently meeting and exceeding all departmental targets. Provided training and support to all technical staff for GTA and HO, 7x24. Created and distributed up-to-date technical documentation and software disks. Responsible for understanding industry trends in software and hardware and ensuring the technicians were kept abreast with all new releases.
